About Our Center
- We are open Monday to Friday year-round, from 6:30am to
5:30 pm
- We are enrolling children ages 2 to 11 years
- We offer before and after-school daycare services for school-age children attending Red House Run Elementary, Shady Spring Elementary, and Elmwood Elementary Schools.
- Baltimore County provides transportation to Red House Run Elementary School, Shady Spring Elementary School, and Elmwood Elementary School. We offer full-day childcare for the school-age child when school is closed or has a partial day.
- We are staffed by professionals in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Our staff members are CPR and First Aid-certified
- Our staff consists of credentialed Maryland childcare providers.
- We are a published MD EXCELS participant.
- Licensed by Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE).

- We offer a structured program that prepares the young child to enter their formal education program.
- As a participant in the Child and Adult Care Food Program, we serve breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks to students under our care.
- We accept Childcare scholarships.

Interested candidates must be qualified to work with children ages 2 to 12 years. Qualified candidate must also have:
- 9-hour communication course
- 90-Hour certification in ECE
- 45-hour certification is school-age teaching
- Additional trainings as required
- Passed status on fingerprint and background checks as required by the Office of Child Care (OCC)
